- Initial consult and session is roughly 90 minutes in duration.
- Rate is $170, payable by check, cash or Zelle banking app. NOTE - I do not accept credit or debit cards.
- Intake paperwork is on this site. You will need the first 3 downloads listed.
- Please notify me if you'd prefer to take care of all paperwork at the office so I can leave a complete set out front. If that is your preference you'll need to arrive about 10 minutes early in order to complete all forms.
- Driving directions are on this site. NOTE - many navigation systems send folks to the wrong part of HWY 54. Make sure you input WEST NC HWY 54. The cross street is BISCAYNE.
- Wear or bring a change of athletic type clothing this is thin, allowing for ease in movement and palpation as we may do part of the session in motion. During colder months - add a warm pair of socks if you tend to run cold.
- Please NOTE - I am allergic to synthetically derived scents found in many lotions, perfumes and many hair products. PLEASE refrain from their use prior to our session.
The lobby is currently closed for Covid safety - any accompanying guests (with the exception of parents accompanying minors in the treatment room) will need to wait in their vehicle for the duration of your session.
